Prior to Spirited Projects, Stuart headed up Sydell Groups’ London office where he led on all new development and CAPEX projects in the UK and Europe. During his tenure he oversaw the development and delivery of The Ned in London and the recently finished NoMad London.

Previously, Stuart worked for a development company where he steered a range of projects across different business sectors from acquisition, design and planning, through construction to operations. Many projects involved the refurbishment of heritage and listed buildings.

Stuart’s background in hospitality and leisure includes leading new build and refurbishment projects for Champneys Health Resorts and Hilton International. As a consultant, Stuart has worked for Accor and has also been responsible for the national UK roll out of a leading health and fitness club operator.
