Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
o To operate events – we need to collect details in order to process your ticket purchase and to provide you with further information about the event. We need to capture who exactly is attending each event to ensure it meets with the contractual obligations of the purchase and to ensure public safety at each event.
o Informational – we need to keep you informed about upcoming events that you can attend.
